The room was kept clean & is well furnished in a modern style. The beds were comfortable. I throughly enjoyed the rooftop pool, while not large there’s space for swimming and relaxing with excellent views of the surrounding town & green hills. Staff were also friendly to us throughout. Whilst the property is located outside the centre it is easy to get into old town or the beaches by bus or taxi.

The staff were really friendly, we were really impressed by the room. The pool on the rooftop was a bonus. All in all we were really happy. We were happy that it was a little further out as we found a local square and we spent some evenings there which we loved. The bus was about 20mins into the centre. This was also a nice experience as we got to see all the local areas.

What a welcoming and pretty, modern hotel. John at Reception was super friendly and helpful with information and directions when we arrived. Big, clean, quiet and comfortable room. And a great new shower. The bar and dining room staff were so nice and accommodating. Delicious dinner and Very reasonable. The setting in a green and residential neighborhood was lovely. Great parking lot. And buses 19 and 45 down the hill and into the city center stopped right at the hotel’s front door. And so easy to drive to Bilbao and Getaria from the hotel.

This is a modern hotel with large rooms and a pleasant open area for the reception and bar/restaurant. Breakfast was a wide ranging buffet style affair. Euro 15 as we paid after making the booking. It also has a large surface level car park outside the hotel for a Euro 15 per day charge. There is also a free to use pool on the roof.

We loved our stay here. There is a bus that goes from right outside the hotel that takes you into town in 15 minutes. Being in the suburbs is refreshing - you can get away from other tourists and get more of a feel for the life in S S. Also the architecture of all the flats in this neighbourhood is very interesting, with each one having huge balconies and stacked on top of each other. The staff were great, the food was fine, the extremely new building was so clean and inviting in its design. And the rooftop pool was the icing on the cake.

First, there is free onsite parking, which is a plus. This was our main consideration as we were driving a van from Madrid to San Sebastian and the other hotel we were looking at did not have parking. Also, the hotel is modern and newly furnished. Check-in procedure was quick and staff were also really accommodating--they provided assistance in securing dinner reservation on the night we arrived and we really enjoyed the food at the recommended restaurant. We also appreciated the breakfast buffet, filling and really good donuts! We also had dinner on our last night at the hotel, which was also really good. The room is not that big (if you have large sized luggage would be tight by the entrance; however, we liked modern furnishing and very clean also! For toiletries, you have to get at reception. Also, the hotel is a near drive to San Sebastian old town and all, where you can get lots of delicious pintxos. Toilet is separately enclosed from shower. Lastly, pictures accurately depict room.

Loved everything from the moment you arrive to the moment of leaving, friendly welcome, every member of staff very courteous, friendly and helpful. Bus stop outside the door a huge bonus. Fabulous breakfast. A lovely atmosphere at every corner and attention to detail exceptional throughout. A big hotel with a big heart!
